I know I said this was supposed to be light
But I do have a couple of complaints today.
#1. My flip flops are NOT comfortable. I wore them because they match my shirt perfectly. My shirt is a powder blue with a navy blue stripe across the chest. The flip flops have a navy blue sole with the straps and the top of the flip flop being powder blue. But they are stiff and not at all comfy. I live in flip flops when applicable so it isn't that I'm not used to things between my toes or anything. this is going to prevent me from getting up from desk every half hour to go and smoke though. they are that uncomfortable. They will go in the garbage when I get home today.
#2. This zit. I know it is from stress. But it is right below my nose. I covered it with BM's this morning in hopes of hiding it. But it is growing by the hour. I hope it is a zit. It is in one of those spots on the face that is super sensitive. You know, where, if you touch it, it feels like you have plucked a nose hair or something. Just covering it this morning made my eyes water. At this rate, I will have a second nose by the end of the day. I guess it will be helpful in stopping and smelling the roses but it is not going to help me get lucky tonight.

Blot the zit with alcohol or witch hazel when you get home. I hate those below-the-surface ones. They hurt like a muthafucka.
After re-reading this post, I see that it is not a below-the-surface one, it just hurts. Whatever. I can't read.
You might appreciate this one Carey LOL. I bought two pair of really cute sandals last summer and wore them a lot. They are the type of sandal that has strips of material (or whatever) that comes together in the middle, forming a little knot. They never bothered me, while wearing them. However, at the end of the summer, I discovered two lumps on the tops of my feet, in the middle. Of course I never linked my shoes to this problem. I was convinced I had cancer (sound familiar???) *grin* Anyway, I have no idea what this has to do with your flip flops LOL. You know, you may just need to break your flip flops in. Were they cheap? If so, then it wouldn't be so bad to throw them out.
Re the zit. Ouchy! Just be thankful it's not on the tip of your nose or in the middle of your forehead :-)

Nookie, these were not cheap. It seems like all my cheap ones are the best and all my expensive ones cause problems.
In any event, I discussed on my other blog the problems I had with my period. Do you think we both are going to die together? I have heard that there is a surge in foot cancer. *grin*
