Just because plums come in the mini variety, does not mean that they don't have the same effect as regular plums if you eat too many of them. Uh oh.

I remember when I lived at home as a kid. My sister and I would swim in the pool all friggen day. Mom wouldn't let us in if we were wet, but we got hungry.
We'd jump out of the pool, grab the neighbors plums off his tree that hung in our yard and shove them into our bathing suits and run/jump into the pool where the plums would float out of our suit and into the pool. Of course, we'd eat them things all damn day.
We never understood why our hineys hurt at the end of the day from eating all that fresh fruit. Kids don't think of those sorts of things! Although gross, and sometimes painful, that's a great memory! Thanks for reminding me!

You know what I wanna know? Why are the ads for prunes calling them plums all of a sudden? We all know a prune is just a dried plum, right?
