Weekend Randoms

It doesn't have to be the weekend in order for me to post weekend randoms.

Kickboxing: Specifically, cardio kickboxing. It's going to kill me. 15 minutes into my first class, I was cussing and telling Michelle that I would never return. I had cramps and was already cranky so I'll give it another week. Unless it kills me first.

Dieting: I feel as if I am torturing myself and I'm not losing the weight that I should. I'm sticking to between 1200-1600 calories per day, doing at least 20-30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. Kickboxing just got added to that. Situps and pushups at least every other day. I've cut out a lot of fat and shitty food. If the weight doesn't start to come off faster I am going to do coffee enimas, 14 times a day.

Mexico: We are going in April. Thus the diet.

Organics brand food: I love the wheat bran cereal. I will continue to eat it even when I am not on a diet. I love it. mmm mmm good.

Snakes on a Sudoku. I got this book from my SS on OT. It is my new obsession.

Games and puzzles: I have submerged my brain into them lately. It keeps my mind busy and concentrated. It has been wonderful for me. A wonderful little escape from the world.

American Idol: If they continue to make fun of the mentally handicapped people, they will lose me as a loyal fan. I don't find it necessary to laugh at these people in order to be entertained. The disillusioned (sp) however are fair game.

Cold weather: if it doesn't leave the Bay Area soon, I am moving. Now I just need to find a place to move.

I'm thinking of having the word "POOT" tattoed on my ass.

It's close enough to the weekend.

Don't try to quit smoking and diet. You'll implode or something. Good for you with the workouts though. That's impressive stuff. I'm proud of you.

April in Mexico sounds heavenly. Especially with all of this ice and snow and shit. We have a weekend of it coming. And maybe some mid-week. WTF?!?! I live in Texas.

Organic brand food - never had it. Hmmm....

I forget what else was on your randoms.

Two years ago in April we were in Mexico (Cozumel to be exact). I'm ready for another trip. Mind if I hide in your suitcase?

Cereal is bad for you.

Sorry, but I just couldn't help myself last night. I laughed at the unfortunate people. *hangs head in shame*

Can I join your clique? Pretty please?

Momma, Breezy will be blowing through my town in a couple of months on her way to Hawaii. I say we both sneak into her luggage and go with her. :)

Lightsy, I remember reading about your trip to Cozumel. I didn't like it there. We ended up going into their Hard Rock Cafe (which was humorous) and getting drunk in there all day because we had such a lousy time everywhere else.
We'll be in Mazatlan and i looooove it there.
And as far as cliques? Are you kidding? I remember the first time that you talked to me on the boards. I feel lucky enough to be part of YOUR clique. *samoooch*

Wow kickboxing. How cool. I'm impressed. Try to hang in.

Don't forget, you're building muscle so you may not see pounds fall off but you'll probably notice it in your clothes.

Yay Mexico!

I must look into this Sudoku stuff.

I agree about AI. There's really no need to insult the way a person looks.

LOL at your tattoo. :-)

OH! I am so hiding in Breezy's suitcase.

And where was the talk of cliques? I must have missed that. *rolls eyes* Like I pay attention to much of anything these days....*sigh*

Don't be impressed, Nookie. I bout fainted. And most of the chicks in the class were old and fat and yet they were putting me to shame.

Momma, the clique thing was a conversation that we had at work.

And woo hoo. We're going to Hawaii. Poor Breezy has no idea that we've invited ourselves on her family vacation. *giggle*

Breezy won't care. She'll probably be mad that she will have to tote extra luggage though. *shrug*

Kickboxing: I'm impressed. I didn't think an old woman like yourself would be able to do that.

Dieting: Cutting out shitty food sounds like a very good idea. Unless you were doing it for art?

Mexico: *prepares for tighter security in airports*

Organics brand food: What effect does this have on your gas? More or less?

Snakes on a Sudoku: Snakes - eeewww. At first I read that as Shakes, and wondered why you were posting about him.

Games and puzzles: I miss doing puzzles. I need to start doing that again.

Cliques: There's a blog clique? And you've excluded me? *sobs*

American Idol: I agree. It's one thing to rip these people who are convinced they are they greatest, but they shouldn't do it to mentally handicapped people. It's not like there's not enough delusional people to make fun of, you know?

Cold weather: The cost of living in TN is less than in CA. Just saying.

Tattoo: If you do, you *have* to post a pic of it.

I thought you already had a poot tattoo on your ass? Or maybe I assumed *snort* you did because you are Ms Pooterpants.

Good work on the diet and exercise! I'm proud of you. I know how frustrating it is to not see the results you want, but don't give up!

I love my big book of puzzles that my mom bought me for Christmas. I can only do the Kakuro ones where there are only like 6 numbers to fill in. Heh. But I love the Sudoku.

This is my first time really watching AI. Have they done this making fun of handicapped people in past seasons? Or is this something new? Everyone seems really upset about it, so I assumed that AI had reached a new low.

The temps are finally getting cold here, and we're having a big snow storm today and tonight. *sigh* These past few months with no snow have been fantastic! *pout*

I still have never watched AI.

I don't lose weight until I drop to 1,000 calories or less, which is freakish hard. Good work on the cardio though!

I must be sick. For some reason the idea of a coffee enema sounds appealing to me. Is there really such a thing? I mean, as a treatment or something?

Sudoku leaves me cold. I have zero interest in it. I like those picture puzzles in the back of Life magazine. I got their puzzle book for Christmas but haven't finished it yet.

So will your new tattoo read PO*T or P*OT?

There are such things as a coffee enima. :) Janet Jackson does them.

Jen, they have always been cruel to the "normal" freaks. But this year is an alltime low because they really are going after those who are mentally impaired.

I think the tatoo should have PO and OT on each cheek. The embellishment should be little stink lines .

Mexico! Yay! I'm trying to find a really, really cheap vacation for April (between the 6th and 12th)for us and another couple. Unfortunately, airfare is really high then (holiday and spring break).

I flipped through Larry King last night while he was showing clips of some of those not-ready-for-primetime people you were speaking of. He had a couple of past winners on his show. That guy with the gray hair and Fantasia (?name?).

I thought Simon & Paula were acting like junior high kids. We're so cool and you are such a pathetic loser! I thought they looked pathetic themselves.

When they hold open auditions totally innapropriate performances are to be expected. It was their choice to ridicule with extreme rudeness. They could have been witty yet kind while rejecting these people. Mocking them was just cruelty for its own sake.
