Companion thread

This is sort of inline with the last post. Oh, and great suggestions everybody. At some point I am going to listen to all of your suggestions on iTunes. Except for Nookies first couple of suggestions, Glowie's Ryan and Breezy's Kellie Nosepicker.

So Michelle and I were talking last night about our favorite all time albums. We said to name our top ten which in reality we had about 20 albums each in our top ten. This led us to the game of...If you were stranded on an island for the rest of your life, which 10 albums would you want with you. So what 10 albums do rate as the best 10 ever in your mind. And not any "Best of"
Mine in no particular order:

AC/DC--Back in Black
Led Zeppelin--Led Zeppelin IV
Billy Joel--Glass Houses
Melissa Etheridge--Brave and Crazy
Fleetwood Mac--Rumours
Michael Jackson--Off the Wall
Guns N Roses--Appetite for Destruction
No Doubt--Tragic Kingdom
Big and Rich--Horse of a Different Color
Dixie Chicks--Home or Fly, either one. I guess I would have to pick Home.

I don't know that what would rank as the "10 best" would be the same as which 10 I would want to be stuck with.

This would take some major thought, which I am not in the mood to do right now, but I thought I should let you know that of your top 10, I own/have heard only 1. Except you got the name of the album wrong, I believe. I'll let you figure it out. *grin*

Good girl. :) And yes, I love that album, too. Don't know if it would be in my top 10, but it's a good one, for sure.

Elvis Costello--The Very Best of Elvis Costello
Squeeze--Singles and 45s
Stone Temple Pilots--Thank You
Collective Soul--Seven Year Itch: Greatest Hits 1994-2001
The Clarks--Between Now and Then

I'm terrible with album names but I'll give it a shot.

1. Frampton Comes Alive - Peter Frampton.

2. Hotel California - Eagles

3. Drive - Alan Jackson

4. White Album - Beatles

5. Redneck Woman - Gretchen Wilson

6. Five Days in July - Blue Rodeo

7. Palace of Gold - Blue Rodeo

8. Honkey Tonk U? - Toby Keith

9. Something by Dixie Chicks

10. Great Big Sea - not sure what the album name is.

The "no best of" rule really screwed my up. *pout*
