Yummy Goodness

This is the yummy goodness called a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. It comes from Carl's Jr. I had one last week but damn I want another one. Right Now. I think there are about 40000 calories in it though so I am resisting so far. Somebody tell me that it is okay to have another one since I am having another stressful week. But tell me that there are only 10 calories in it. Mkay? It's an angus beef patty with bbq sauce and bacon and cheese and onion rings inside a sesame seed bun. Tell me that it's a diet food.

I hear those things take so much energy to digest that they are actually negative calories.

I've heard that calories fall out through the holes in onion rings.

I just had a bacon cheddar burger at BW3. I wish it had onion rings on it.

Order it with lettuce. Then you get 2 servings of vegetables. Lettuce and onion. That makes up for the bacon fat. :)

One hour of kickboxing burns 590 calories for a person who weighs 130 pounds, and if you weighed 155 pounds, it would burn 704 calories. A Western bacon cheesburger has 710 calories. So go ahead, and just have an extra couple of hours of kickboxing.

Arkie stole my answer. I went and looked it up on Sparks for you.

Sparks says it's only

660 calories
64 g of carbs
30 g of fat
31 g of protein

I will say yes if you promise not to mix your Doritos and peas ever again.

LOL at Boo. Or you could add the peas and doritos to the burger. With Jen's calculations - that's 3 vegetables.

Holy carp, that looks delish! *smacks lips*

Take of the bbq sauce and I'd be all over that burger.

I looked it up on Carl Jr's website.

If you just pick off those high calorie sesame seeds you can probably get the calorie count down to 100 - which makes it almost diet food.

Mmmm. I see fat. Lol at the sesame seeds.

Dammit. Now I am salivating over the burger --- which must be healthy because I would eat it. After all, all the ingredients you listed are right there on the food pyramid.

That's like my favorite burger combo. Bacon & BBQ sauce make burgers yummy. Carl's Jr. was right by our hotel in SF, so we had breakfast there a few times. They have a yummy breakfast burrito.

No, you can't have it. I won't let you.

And jen, must you gloat that you just ate at BW3s? *craves wings*

I had a Burger King cheeseburger recently, and put their onion rings on it. It was yummy. BK onion rings are my favorite.

I was doing okay until I read onion rings in the burger. Ick. I'd much rather they be on the side than in.

I had a choice between fries and onion rings recently. For some strange reason, I chose fries.

I blame Weltek. She was craving fries around that time. I was trying to eat them for her.

I am so craving a burger with onion rings on it now. And I know I've had one, but I can't remember where I got it. We don't have Carl Jrs here.

BW3s is a wing place. They have other stuff, too, but it's primarily a big sports bar, with NTN trivia and lots of good wing flavors.

As a matter of fact, I did. I have 3 dozen cupcakes thanks to my neighbor, Belly. Funny girl she is.

I've never eaten a wing in my life. I go to BW3 for the $2.79 23oz. beers. :) Well, and it's like 0.2 miles from my house.

What's NTN trivia?

A BW3 just opened in my town. DS has his eye on it but we haven't been yet.

Good for you, Carey. You deserved one.

I deserved ONE, not 3 dozen. LMAO.
She'll get hers, oh yes she will.

Oh wait, or were you talking about the burger. Because I did only have one burger. Not 3 dozen. Yikes.

hmmm... I thought I had another response there. Because I said (meant to say) or did you mean you had a cupcake? or chicken wings? But you just clarified right there with your response. Psychic. Scarey. oops. I mean, scary.

It is the same thing as Buffalo Wild Wings. It used to be called BW3, and that's what I still call it. Didn't we have this conversation somewhere? In Kim's blog, maybe?

It does sound (read) like a familiar conversation. Sorry. Brain leaks. :)

protein is a very important part of one's diet. you need it for muscle development, energy, and myriad other health-related reasons. that much meat has loads of protein, so i think it is an excellent choice for you

Have a bowl of healthy whole grain cereal instead.

I miss it oh so very much.
Nothing here is anything close to Carl's or In*N*Out.

I loved those western bacon burgers, LOVED them!
Now I am hungry and jealous.

(They have good fried zucchini too)
