I almost worked from home, Boo. With Chris sick, it would've been easiest for me NOT to drive to work, but I've been gone a lot and my boss's secretary is off today. Thus? I have to deal with her freak outs.
Saturday morning we went out to breakfast, took pics of a random sheep for HD (see blog), went to a few thrift stores, and then came home and watched movies.
Sunday, we stopped at Bruegger's Bagels and had breakfast before taking the dogs to the dogpark. We then stopped at the pet place to pick up food for the furry babies before coming home and playing games on TV and the computer. We're addicted to Zen Solitaire (or Tri Peaks Solitaire) and will stay up late just playing cause we can't stop!!
My sister called me last night on her way home from her cruise! I was so jealous!!
There is one thing I forgot to mention about this weekend. I did stumble across something that totally relates to you. I cannot say anything else. You will just have to wait.
You already know how I spent my weekend. *grin* But to play along and try to earn a point, I'll share for the rest of you.
Played slo-pitch all weekend and didn't watch any football. We lost in the final game to a MUCH younger team. We still won $700 of which my share was $60. It was enough to pay for my drinks on the weekend.
I missed Joan Jett! Saturday played at Nancy's playpen and watched Niners beat Traiders on TV (looked for you on TV!). Sunday took Nikki to Benihana's for her birthday with Jess then watched Army Wives.

Sleep, clean, and take care of whiny child with a cold.
I'll bet you had more fun.
Sleep, clean and take care of whiny man with upset tummy.
I bet you had lots more fun.
*pout* I'm sorry, you two. I have to admit that this was a near perfect weekend for me. *hugs* to the caretakers of the whiney.
That's okay. You deserve to have lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of fun.
Plus I get to work from home today. Best kind of workday is working from home.
I watched some of the Packer's preseason game. It was pretty kickass once they warmed up. And I took a bath and ate muffins. So it wasn't so bad. :-)
You? Must have really enjoyed your weekend.

I got sunburned. On my ass. It hurts. And I read #12.
Nothing.
But.
Tennis.
Did I mention the upset tummy was because he took some Midol?
*waits*
*snort* He had a headache and that's all I had in my purse.
Really? My friend Johnny takes Midol all the time for head and back aches and he never gets an upset tummy?
I think it was a combo of stuff, but he blamed the Midol. *giggle*
Sounds like the Midol gave him cramps.
Took a whiny teenager to the skate shop to get his new board.
Just so you know, none of you have earned any points in today's part of my blog contest. :)
Ohh, I take that back. One of you indeed earned a point.
It was me right?
No ma'am, I'm sorry it was not.
Are you sure?
Yes indeedy. *grin*
Shit.
Please don't shit in my blog, Kim. Especially since you are the only one who gained a point in today's blog.
Is this about my muffins? Because if it is, you can grab my muffins.
LOL. I will give NO hints. *grin*
Okay, so the game is on, yes?

It's been on since the original post. I'm just not telling anyone how points are gained. I will tell all at the end of the game. :)
Being reverse secretive will NOT gain you points in my game. *glare*
I bet it was Momma who earned the points due to her hot ass!
I can not give points for hotness because everyone who posts here is hot.
I watched snippets of various football games. So glad the season is almost here.
Did some grocery shopping and got an oil change on Saturday.
I also took a nap on Sunday afternoon - a whole hour - while both kids were sleeping. That is unheard of around here.
I then stayed up late last night to watch the west-coast feed of Big Brother.
That's about it for me - the life of a superstar!

*smoooch*
*waves at lights* Did the $60 also cover the new stash of Ben-Gay you needed to buy?
Excuse me!!! I did not earn any points for having a sunburned ass.
Hrmph.
*flounces out of blog*
I worked all weekend, and whined.
Bet you had more fun!

Did you see Joan Jett? Was she at the game or the bbq?
Joan was playing at the local fair.
