Just things
1. 8 days, no smokes. Not one.
2. Green Bay won. That was great. I was hoping that the Jags would beat NE. Oh well.
3. I was supposed to go to a karaoke bar last night. I had an in home date night instead. :)
4. I am now perfectly okay with this whole spirit thing.
5. Why have I stopped reading? I have a huge stack of books that I need to read and I have become lazy. I need to start again.
6. I am craving bacon. Mooooooo.<---I realize that it is a sheep and not a pig that goes moooo. I was just feeling like a cow though when I thought about eating bacon.
7. Don't try to make sense of #6.
8. I was told that food would taste better when I quit smoking. To be honest with you, I don't believe that to be true.
9. Again, don't try to make sense of #6.
P.S. Asrai has a new blog addy... http://frombrokentoblessed.blogspot.com/

RE: #6. I am soooo getting you a Farm Animals See'N'Say. *grin*
Yay for 8 days of being a non-smoker. *smooch*
Read that book I sent you. I want to know if you like it or not.
Congrats on the smoke free days-over a week, that's impressive! Keep up the great work, you can do it!!!
Oinkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
mmm. Bacon. I have some in the fridge I think I'll cook for breakfast with a cinnamon roll... which leads me to a survey, in my blog... please go answer!!

1.Woot! Congrats on being a nonsmoker! I am so proud of you I think I'll streak on my front porch while I sing your praises!!
2. Sadly, I haven't watched any football this season. Not even any recaps, great plays, nuttin'!
3. In home dates rock, sistah!
4. Coolio...sometimes it takes a bit to be comfortable with what you know really know. Just like the fact that sometimes it takes us a lot of times to practice quitting smoking!
5. Me too, I'm either online or out and about. My reading consists of biblical, spiritual, churchy type of stuff.
6. Bacon always reminds me of my honey...she could eat bacon every day at any time. I think Mooooo, too! Don't worry, *I* understand ya!
7. But it does make sense!
8. Yeah right...it took awhile for my tastebuds to stand back up to attention after laying down on the job while the smokies took over. If I didn't experience it myself, I'd be skeptical, but honey it really does happen. It doesn't matter if Karen and I save up an entire paycheck and go to a fancy place or take a few bucks and eat at the local hot dog dive...it all tastes like fine dining now. Damn cigs for messing with my taste buds.
9. Mooooo!
P.S. Thank you, darlin'!
I wish I would've read #7 before I spent about 5 minutes reading and re-reading #6, trying to make sense of it. LOL
Way to go on the 8 (now 9??) days!
# 6 is just further proof that you are uber disturbed.
*grin*
Yay for being smoke free!
i was really pulling for the jags, too. damn, i hate the pats. now 'm an nfc fan--hate both afc teams that are left. grrrrrrrrrrr.
oh, and YAY for 8 days!!!!
8 days? Very nice! I wish I could say that I kept my diet for 8 days.
*sits with Jen*
Although at first I thought you were asking me why you had stopped reading, so I was trying to think of an answer.
1. Yay for no smokes!
2. I don't like NE but I am getting resigned to them.
3. :)
4. Line 'em up and read 'em from left to right. I just bought 15 hardcover books I've been wanting to read from B&N's after Chrsitmas sale. I love getting hard cover best sellers for $5 to $6 each! It's the one benefit of being a year or so behind in your reading - all your favorite authors are in the clearance section! (I just peel off the little $5.98 sticker and instantly have a $27.95 book!
6. Gobboinkle! <---what turkey bacon says.
7. Huh?
8. I have never smoked but dieting makes food taste better!
9. Mooink! Moobaaa! Puck-puck. Burrrp!
*snort* I read #6 3 times before I read #7
