Orphans and Dignitaries

These are randoms of the orphans and the ceremony at the Mayor's office. The group picture is the dedication ceremony of the ambulances and the Proclamation ceremony. The picture in an office with all of the flowers is of my Dad, Mayor Jorge and First Lady Perla.
