We should all sleep as well as my husband. Using my bitter-o-meter calculator I have determined that 97% of baby care has fallen on my shoulders. The last time he woke up in the middle of the night to take care of his son was in...August?...I think?
(We're allowed to spew personal complaints here, yes?)
Yes, let's make this the official complaint blog today!!! Since my last post I have paid some bills, made Football changes, done some writing, climbed back in bed and listened to the chainsaw symphony laying next to me. *sigh* It's so foggy that I can't see the trees across the street and I can't turn the heater on until the symphony director wakes up. Hrmph.
I feel better now. I had a giant breakfast and am on my third cup of decaf. It's only a temporary respite, as after Dominic's nap we are going to Quebec City to see the in-laws.
I am only half way through my first cup of coffee. When Michelle gets up (prolly around noon since she was up until 2am) we are going to the mall. That should cheer me up. *rolls eyes*
I need pumpkins! I have no car! ( well I have one but it's dead in the driveway) Tonight is trick or treat and I have achey feet, so of course the T or T route is set for the really hilly streets. On the bright side ( because that is what I do) I will change no diapers today
I'm a little happier. I have been shopping on Amazon. I bought a Rascal Flatts CD and I bought Life or Something Like it, a movie with Angelina in it. I think I'll go update my wish list and do some more browsing.
Me neither just yet. Michelle is still sleeping so I can't even go take a shower. My bathroom is directly outside our bedroom. She's used to the noise during the week but on the weekends I like to let her sleep undisturbed so I wait until she is up to take a shower.
That is sweet of you. My other 1/2 when it to work OT today. Yeah! I said I was going to have everything done so when he got home we could spend some quality time together. He was working out of town till last weekend. Well, just can't get motivated. About to log off and make myself do it.
That reminds me. I need to take a nap. Our ride is coming at 8:30 to take us to our concert/costume party.
BTW:I'm very unhappy with my costume. I didn't get the stuff that I needed and now I am going as...are you ready for this?...*sigh*...Carrie, from the prom in Stephen King's book. Carey is going as Carrie. How unoriginal is that. I almost bought the whoopie cushion outfit. Came | | <--this close.
Sissy Spacik (?sp?) was awesome in the movie version, Carey. If anyone disses your costume just pour a bucket of blood over your head and bring down the house. I've always wanted to do that.
The costume comes complete with blood. I have a wig that came with it and Michelle and I already put blood all over it. The dress came with blood already on it.
It's gonna be fucking cold. It's sleeveless and this IS San Francisco. I'll have to get super drunk to stay warm.
My only complaints are the same ol' same ol'...no money. And bills to pay. With no money.
Pfft.
I cannot complain that DH doesn't clean poopy bums. He never fed the kids when they were small, though. Or bathed them. In his favour: he was like this magic baby putter-to sleeper. Put a baby on DH's chest and watch it fall asleep, just like that. It was great.
Hi, Buggy! How come Trick-or-Treat night is Saturday and not Monday?

Morning!
I hope you're asleep now. I've been up for two hours.
EST, that is. Dominic woke up at five. I told him it was still dodo time and left him in his crib, but he whined so much that we were up by 5:30.

Poor Monstay.
Eric wasn't bad at first, but now I'd say that I get up at night the vast majority of the time.
Could you, say, dump the poopy baby on his lap and go and have a shower?
(I have done an Oscar the Grouch puzzle ten times in a row and am just a touch cranky now)
hjhrj fgf njvf dc,jj
Or so Dominic says.
Monstay? Is that french for Monsty?
Speaking of Oscar the Grouch, sesamestreet.com has a fun, interactive website. Just in case the puzzle is no longer challanging.
Did you get snow, Coco? Maine and Vermont got quite a bit.
Morning ladies!
I have to wait for DH to wake up to make my coffee. He makes it yummy. Me? Not so much.
Morning everyone! It's cold, rainy, and yucky here, but I have my yummy coffee!
*coffee breath smooch* to all

Your poem doesn't rhyme. Just thought I'd point that out.
I have nothing to complain about today. I'm going to see Glowie!!! Wheeeeeeeeeee!
*smooch*
YAY!!! for you Jen. Have a great time and give Glowie and Shawn a kiss for me. *wink*
Currently, I have no complaints (give it time, I'm sure I will).
I just wanted to send {{{hugs}}} for all of you! ...and *smooches*

*smooches everyone*
OH, and no snow. Just heavy frost.
Thanks Nutz. *smooch*

coco- you're breastfeeding right?
'cause I am, and Dh has woken up a total of 3 times.
With both kids!

I've been up for around 40 minutes. I need coffee.
*swack*
That was for only being up for 40 minutes.
*yawn* I've been up since 5:45...
Take a look at my time stamp. I've been up since 3:30. So a big WHACK to everyone who got to sleep in today. :(
*smooch* You should have called me. I think I was still up at that time.
You still up?
I've been up for 5 1/2 freaking hours already. And I'm supposed to go out tonight? I hope I find time for a nap.
That sucks. Going anywhere good?
A Halloween party. Maybe I will go as a Zombie afterall. Lord knows it won't require much makeup today. *yawn*
We are going to haunted houses.
You're going to the mall? Could you get me something, please? Surprise me.
*smooch*
Hope you get a nap.
Yes Augie, I will get something for you. At least this will make going to the mall fun. I think I will find something fun and useless.
I can't get motivated to get anything done today.
Me neither just yet. Michelle is still sleeping so I can't even go take a shower. My bathroom is directly outside our bedroom. She's used to the noise during the week but on the weekends I like to let her sleep undisturbed so I wait until she is up to take a shower.

*poke*
*grin* Just wanted to get your attention. *smooch*
Sorry about your insomnia Carey, I know it all too well. Last night however, was not one of those times. I just got out of bed (notice the time). :D
No, but I got Mrs. Fields cookies at the mall.
gotta stop going to the mall. My ass is going to be as wide as the grand canyon soon. I can't go to the mall without getting my cookie.
Good monrining ladies! Pour me some Joe!

peepandthebigwideworld.com
are good interactive sites too. Monsty is smaht.
Wow, I'm sorry I missed you. I've been lucky to get 5 hours of sleep every night this week. Tea has been my friend.
My complaint:
It snowed yesterday. I am still grumpy about it. This may mean that it is no longer summer...
