Update
My back is starting to feel better. Still hurts but I was able to sleep through the night. I'm starting to think that maybe it is kidney stones because I now have a travelling pain (not a sharp pain) through my abdomen. But the pain in my back is slowly getting better.

I'm not going to the doctor just yet. Feel free to nag me, you won't be the only ones. I ahve been drinking mass amounts of plain water at work and mass amounts of pomegranate juice diluted with water at home. I spen 3/4 of my day yesterday going peepee. I'm going to do the same today. I would not say that my sleep was the most wonderful but at least it was finally sleep which was much needed.
Today=lots of water/lots of pee/
