5lbs

Yay for me. I got on the scale this morning and have lost 5lbs. When I got on the scale on day 2 and had lost 3lbs, I knew it was all water weight. But 5lbs can't all be water, can it?
I hate dieting but have to admit that when I get on the scale and the diet seems to be working, that makes it pretty much worth it to me. 10lbs more to go. *hops*

Congrats on the weight loss. It does feel good doesn't it?

However, I'm shocked to hear you have 10 lbs more to go. There's no way you need to lose more weight.

NO, the 5lb loss was not due to hurling a 5lb can of coffee at someone.

Nooks, Yes, I have gained wait since we saw each other. I was about 7-10lbs heavier than my goal weight when we met. I would really like to get down to my goal before the end of summer. *smooch*

I'm following the diet plan that is put out by Curves. It's just low fat, low carb and low calorie.
Sticking to between 1200-1500 calories a day.
We are power walking at least 3 times a week.

I am oddly craving angel food cake. I am getting the strangest cravings on this diet. Things that I otherwise would not crave.

But, actually, yes, 5lbs could all be water. Depends on how much you were retaining. I usually drop 7-10 lbs in a couple of days after I get back on my medication, which includes a water pill.
