I also prepared everything for crockpot chili. Michelle just needs to hit the "on" button at 8am and dinner will begin it's slooooow cook. I can't wait. I love my crockpot chili. *grin*

I had a couple handfuls of chocolate covered pretzels and a hunk of cojack cheese for dessert. Yum! *snort*
I had cottage cheese and canned peaches. Yeah. That was good.
What the heck is cojack cheese? I've never heard of it.

In an amazing coincidence I was planning to make crock pot chili tonight, only with ground turkey because I don't have any ground beef.
Cojack is Colby & Jack cheese marbled together. My favorite cheese to make microwave nachos with.
I used mostly ground turkey, Swami. I've been cooking lowfat around here lately and they turkey is the best. I used some beef but not a lot and it was the very lean beef.
Oh goodie, good ole Gmail is down again. Grrrrrrrr.

Yummy, your dinner sounds better than mine. I had a cheese quesadilla with enchilada sauce at 10pm last night.

Of course we had venison steak & shrimp last night with baked potatoes and broccoli. I skipped making dessert (we had guests) because we were so full.
Chris wants to post his favorite albums on your blog, but I banned him from blogging. Yet this doesn't stop him from surfing the blogs sometimes.... So I told him he could send his list to me & I'd post it for him.
