13 days and not counting
As of tomorrow, I am not going to count how many days I have been smoke free anymore. Tomorrow will be two weeks exactly. I have not had any hardcore cravings and I can say that I do not really miss smoking. So from now on I am just a non smoker and the number of days is no longer important to me. That is all. :)

Way to go! I've been away on vacation, and this is the first I'v been able to check in here. I'm so glad the book helped you. I thank Brownroach all the time for telling me about it. I will say, that food may not taste better, but wine sure does! (LOL)
I wish I could say I was rolling in extra money too, but sadly, I still don't have any.
I know just what you mean about the counting days. I don't even remember the exact date I stopped. I just know that I'll never go back. I'm free! Woo!
