Yes, please do.

Now I will know what businesses to solicit and what businesses not to solicit.

It is regarding the same sex marriage ban going on in California. Those trying to outlaw marriage plan on outing those who have supported the opposition to the ban. Yes, please. Do so.

I had to think long and slowly about what "support the opposition to the ban" means. I think I got it. Brain hurts.

I would want to know which companies support discrimination and which ones support equal rights.

For being so progressive, people in your state sometimes suck.

There is one company that I won't patronize at all based on the owners donations and views regarding civil rights issues, including gay rights.

Thank you for posting this.

Can you say extortion? I think you can.

I don't have a problem with them naming contributers to the organization supporting gay marriage. (Ok, actually I do, sort of. People should be able to donate money to whatever causes they want, without it being public knowledge, unless they choose to make it so.) But saying that they will be named publicly UNLESS they make an equal amount donation to ban gay marriage? The words that come to mind are extortion and blackmail.

And so the reign of stupid people promotes itself. I'm just guessing the ProtectMarriage people see nothing negative at all in trying to intimidate and extort others. After all - their cause is "just" (to them, anyway) so whatever dumbass thing they do must be justifiable, right? Sheesh.

If they do publish those names, be sure to let us know I can thank these companies with my patronage.
